The Story of a Dream Come True
Elena and Marc have long been intrepid travellers who love nothing more than to hop in the water any chance they get. It therefore goes without saying that a diving liveaboard was their idea of a dream holiday. When, in 2021, they got the opportunity to transform that dream holiday into their everyday reality, by building and managing their own authentic Indonesian yacht, they took the plunge and never looked back.
They made a life-changing decision to uproot their life in the French mountains and moved halfway around the world to build and manage a diving liveaboard. Keen to be involved in every step of the process, they discussed the design and blueprints, they visited the boatyard in Bira where traditional Phinisi yacht Indonesia ketches are handcrafted and then they continue to manage the bookings and cruises for this luxury yacht charter Indonesia, Majik.

Some animals you only read about. On Rinca, a dragon crosses the sand just ahead of you. Out at Manta Point, a manta turns in the blue below. Aboard Majik, the two meetings belong to the same day.

Some places stay with you long after you leave. The warm water, the quiet bays, the light at the end of the day. Indonesia has a way of following you home. Aboard Majik, you go back in your mind, again and again.

History and hammerheads, in the same eleven days.
The Banda Sea was once fought over for nutmeg alone — today, it’s fought over by divers chasing the reefs few boats ever reach.

Some people are never far from the sea.
Aboard Majik, the water is always a few steps away: a morning swim off the platform, a reef beneath the hull, a quiet bay at dusk.

Our crew’s read on where Raja Ampat is headed.
The reef gets the headlines, but the islands themselves are becoming the real reason people come back.

Some of Indonesia’s best places never make the brochures. A sandbank with no name, a bay with no boats, a reef few people have seen.
Majik goes where the map goes quiet, with just eight guests on board.

Quiet, before the island wakes.
Ashore on Komodo, a wild deer pauses at the edge of the trees, a gentle reminder of how untouched this corner of Indonesia still is, just a short tender ride from where Majik rests at anchor.

Sunrise to sunset, one day aboard Majik.
No two look quite the same, but they all end somewhere this quiet.
